These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Atlasflies, a personal studio application operated for private content creation and publishing. By using the studio or authorizing platform connections, you agree to these Terms.
Personal use
Atlasflies is operated as a private tool for the account owner. It is not offered as a public service to unrelated third parties. Access is limited to the operator and any accounts they explicitly connect.
Your content
You retain ownership of videos, images, captions, and other materials you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the rules of each platform where you publish, including copyright, community guidelines, and disclosure requirements for sponsored or branded content.
Platform connections
The studio integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (YouTube), and TikTok through their official APIs. Your use of those services remains subject to each platform’s terms and developer policies. You authorize the studio to act on your behalf only for actions you initiate, such as publishing or scheduling a post.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the studio to:
- Violate applicable law or platform policies
- Publish content you do not have rights to distribute
- Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own or manage
- Interfere with the operation or security of the studio or APIs
Disclaimers
The studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Platform APIs may change, rate-limit, or reject uploads without notice. We are not responsible for takedowns, account restrictions, or losses caused by third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlasflies and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the studio or connected platforms.
Termination
You may stop using the studio at any time and disconnect platform accounts. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated or if continued operation would breach platform developer requirements.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
